Feasibility study (5 months)
- Building of simplified geological subsurface models for possible target locations (Indian university).
- Geological setting and structure, history of exploration
- Heat flow, temperature, reservoirs
- Reservoir properties, permeability’s, flow rate, thermal conductivities
- Chemical composition
- Built up of conceptual geothermal reservoir models (general reservoir type, main geometries and depths).
- Estimates for reservoir parameters such as porosity, permeability, temperature.
- Selection of the most promising reservoir that fits best with the energy concept.
- Evaluation of the quality and quantity of the data.
- Rank different possible locations.
- Total cost estimate and 2 to 3 sketch designs of the geothermal plant relating to Indian prices.
Business plan
- The cost estimate will be used to make a business plan for potential customers
Geological and reservoir study (5 months)
- Fine tuning of the results from fase 1
- If needed we will do additional surveys
Well Engineering study
- Strenght design of pipes depending on the design of the geothermal plant
- Engineering of wells
Contracting and building
- Submission
- Qualification
- Validation
- Using local contractors if possible
